READY? Here we go!
Everything inside us and around us has a reason and a place...Even the mystery is suppose to be what it is....
Anxiety is simply the fear of the future.
This is a common mental and emotional phenomena...for some much much more intense.
The reasons why we come into such problems are to to many, from family, society, chemically it all rains down around us filling us with "pressure rushing down on me rushing down on you....pressure." (thank you Feddie & David!)
To relieve the pressures that trigger our anxiety which is an outcome of our fearful projections and perceptions about the future is to be here now.
Be in your body.
Get out of your head!
Quit fighting ghosts of the future that you may never meet!
Step 1. Take a deep breath and place your hand on your heart and exhale out all of your worries, residual tension and nervous energy.....LET IT LEAVE THROUGH YOUR BREATH.
Step 2. Get in touch with your body...recognize it feel it, know how you are sitting, feel your legs with your hands, feel your heart beating.....Our bodies are here in this present moment, they cannot be in the future in fear in the ocean of anxiety. Freedom is here in our bodies. So please feel your bodies "felt sense."
Step 3. Take the thought of fear that is troubling you and breath right through it with the light of your consciousness and exhale it out and trust the process of the way things are as they are right now. The only thing you can control and take care of right now is what's inside of you and in front of you!
Keep repeating steps one through three until you feel relieved, you can also reframe the negative thought with something much more beneficial....Life is an experiment, please take good care of it and it will take good care of you.
