3 Secrets To Energetic Success!

Living the busy goal driven lives as we do we are always looking for an edge to help us be more efficient, productive, focused and happy.
I've been living very busy, juggling many "joyous irons" in the fire leading with the work I love.
It's my intention to share with you a few secrets on how to maintain a steady rhythm in our energy levels throughout the day. I've been helping hundreds of people in this field and here are 3 of my personal secrets to energetic success!

1. Have your day planned well in advance....
Seeing your day penciled out on paper gives you time to prepare any pieces that need to come together so that what you are planning can be of a higher quality. Seeing your day penciled in gives your psyche momentum and as you approach each task weather it's exercises, family or work duties you will be ready to meet it with added punch leading to more positive results in your productivity, energy level and over all sense of success.

2. Plan to exercise daily....
Exercising daily is critical to sustaining mental focus and we all know how crappy we do without mental focus. We save energy when focused. We have a more positive disposition when we have released all the endorphins and toxins that we have gathered from our day before. I go to yoga class nearly every day, and the result of it has been that my core strength is present I'm better able to handle the physical or emotional stresses I experience daily. The blows of life are on their way, and we need our tender nervous system prepared at all times. Exercise is key.

3. Plan a 20 min nap daily...
This is my ultimate secret!I got this great idea from the endings of all my yoga classes, we would lay and rest in "corpse pose" for 5~10min. I then began to look at my day as one big yoga session and that my day would not be complete without a 20 min nap. My mental focus sustains well into the evening, my relationships do not suffer from my being grumpy or ignorant in  my communication. The list of positives ripple on and on.....20 min is the perfect amount of time, studies have proven that if we go past this point then we begin to feel groggy, and it'll take our system to wake up. I feel that I have shaved years of stress off of my     life due to this one great secret my doggy does so well.
