As I have firmly resolved to the
beneficial effects of chanting and singing ancient Sanskrit mantras
on a daily basis, I find I need to probe the mysterious “seed
source” of this amazing phenomena.
Repetition of any mantra or name of God
or Goddess is known as Japa. Japa is an important branch of the yogic
tree.
Name and object are inseparable and so
is thought and word. Whenever I think of my darling daughter,
immediately her presence stands before my mental eye.

Mantra Yoga is an ancient science known
to humanity and still to this day it points it's light of
consciousness in the direction of enlightenment from our ignorance
and suffering.
Mantra's are a bridge that can take one
instantly from the mundane to the Divine in a matter of seconds.
Our essential selves love it!! In truth
mine can't get enough and now I find myself waking up in the morning
chanting immediately!
This technology is so needed in today's
fractal~esc society, where fantasy and reality are seen as equals.
Mantra Yoga, focuses the mind becoming
the currency for self realization and conscious states of expansion.
The health benefits are endless, and when chanting in unison with a
group of 11 or more, miracles tend to happen!
I plan on publicly sharing this
journey, of insights and knowledge gleaned from this ancient wisdom.
It's been an honor to sit at the knee
and learn from my beloved friend and teacher Bruce Burger about this
very sacred subject and to witness mantra yoga bearing beautiful
fruit within my heart and now into the very heart of the beloved
community I am part!! How can it get any better than this?
“Every soul's a wave, a chance to
ripple great effects”, Mantra Yoga Does Just That!
Chant and feel/sense the goodness
rippling!! It's now my bff!!
With loving enthusiasm, and a
“beginners mind”,
Joaquin Fioresi
