The Yoga Of Being

The Yoga Of Being

Just as Yoga implies unification/integration/oneness.
Being implies presence/awareness/consciousness.
Presence points to our merging with totality to becoming the mystery itself in this integration we are peaceful, happy and free.
Yoga is strengthening our cores in vinyasa, tuning our mental focus with mantras and grounding our Spirits in a visceral experience.
Embodiment of the forms and postures speaks to our physiology expressing our dynamic intentions in the moment and into the future, rippling positive vibrations out into the world. The work done is never lost, the efforts always leave a lasting impression.
This is the Yoga of Being.
Sharing the fruits of our efforts effortlessly doing by not doing forcefully, we live and move from the core of our authentic being. For in being there is no effort, in presence there is consciousness there is a choice to be awake and ready for every moment. This is the unity, the oneness, the Yoga of Being...
Yoga points to the totality of things.
There is nothing that is not in and of this Great Spirit.
True and abstract there is a unique experience for all to have and share.
No ones experience is better, no one is more “Divine.” As we step down into our hearts from our minds we find our being, we find that compassion for ourselves and others we understand at a much integrated level and can meet anyone and anything right where they are without any story attached to it.

This is where Yoga leads us, to peeling away the layers of who we think we are our story, suffering, heartache and break, misfortune and self torture, we find a sensitive Divine Soul one with totality, part of this cosmic ocean of consciousness, existence and bliss discovered and rediscovered again and again when we we go within.
This is the Yoga of Being.

How has Yoga shaped your life's direction and purpose?

Sattvic Consciousness; How it Flows...

Sattva represents the neutral node in the triune field in between rajas (positive) and Tamas (negative). These are called Guna's in East Indian Vedic terms. The knowledge of such elements are useful in living a conscious lifestyle. It is in this knowledge that the ancient seers lived by that gave them the best chance to live a life of balance & longevity.
This is why Sattva is the most revered state of being.

Sattva which is 'I' as conscious being, is the subjective consciousness that perceives and manipulates matter and energy. The quality of our awareness depends upon the functioning within your consciousness of sattva, rajas, and tamas, which work by mutual suppression: whichever is strongest at any one instant expresses itself and suppresses the others. Sattva is the 'I' as subject; tamas, 'I' as object; and rajas, 'I' as action that connects subject with object. All are manifestations of ahamkara, ego.”
~Robert. E. Svaboda; Ayurveda Life & Health

Sattva mentally reflects subjective spiritual consciousness, stillness, peace, compassion and balance. Physically Sattva in the body will show up as radiant health, luster to the eyes and skin, very content and calm. Sattva is a most spiritual place of being, reflecting the threads of Truth in all things, coming from a place of Oneness/unity, balance and egoless non attachment...
Sattva resonates with the Air element the Heart Center...Green in color...
Sattvic touch is activates and integrates Spirit into ones being...
Stillness after every subtle touch activates the integration process of the spirit filled sattvic quality...
