Raise Your Vibration In 3 Simple Steps

We all want to live vibrant!
We all need to find ways to maintain our level of energetic presence in all that we do so we can feel effective, I personally need to maintain a high level of vibration in the work I do helping people.
When I am not feeling up to the work I do, I am letting myself and others down. I know I need to protect myself by making choices that can prevent myself from crashing.
I'm going to show you 3 immediate ways to raise your vibrational level!!

1.Drink Lots Of Water!! Your mood will be grateful, your body will feel quenched, experience less hunger pangs, have easier bowel movements (happy colon), lubricates your joints (prevents arthritis) & boos your immunity! Check this link...http://healthyliving.msn.com/health-wellness/5-best-reasons-to-drink-water-1

2.Wear White or Light/Bright Colors: The colors we wear reflect the colors within our hearts and minds. Wearing white, contains all the colors of the spectrum. I personally feel calmer and centered when wearing white. Check out this great link: http://www.spiritualresearchfoundation.org/spiritualresearch/spritualscience/how-colours-affects-us
We are what we wear. What we wear reflects the our nature, first from a molecular stand point then to a greater one....

3. Meditate or Center Your Heart & Mind: For most of us the thought of meditating seems impossible...It is possible, it just may look differently for you. For one, meditation could be sitting on your porch listening quietly to the morning birds song, for some it can be found in a prayer recited over and over until one feels complete for me it's with a journal and my guitar singing and writing what is inspiring me in the moment.
The main point is to collect your thoughts and feel alive and open to how you feel inside!

Give these three a good try, and let me know how you feel working with these three simple options to raise your vibration!

Have a blessed day,
