"Integrate Your Inner Grace"
What is it that we feel we are missing in life?
We feel we need to achieve this or that and then all will be "hunky dory...."
Then it's off and on to the next "shiny" object....
When do we the collective take the time to stop and integrate our senses, our thoughts, our impulses, our emotions, our being itself?
Integration is more than an emerging coming together of many factors in ones experience, it's a way of being. In my opinion "Inner grace" better expresses and explains integration.
Its so important for us to register and claim each experience that is in front of us, some the details go by and some we REALLY want to remember and honor that moment.
Presence is the key to peace.
Presence is the key to finding happiness in the smallest of things.
Give your spirit a chance to slow down and feel it's true expression.
There you will find your true beauty and true power.
IN YOUR BEING.
Being is grace.
Being is connected to all that we are, past, present & future.
Un~fragmented, we express our true nature comfortably in our skin.
This is the emergent result working with me or any of my students of Somatic Energy Medicine.
You will feel a deep sense of clarity, wellbeing and empowerment.
By way of releasing the "fight or flight"(sympathetic nervous system) reaction mechanism and "inner gracing" into a deep meditative, centering, core response (para~sympathetic nervous system).
Play with inner grace.
